This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") governs refund requests for paid features of the Param AI™ platform ("Service") and forms part of the Terms of Service. This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

4.1. Refund terms for institutional and bulk subscriptions are governed by the separate institutional agreement between the Company and the institution.
4.2. In the absence of a separate agreement, the individual refund terms in Section 3 apply per user.
5. Deficiency of Service vs. Dissatisfaction with Results
5.1. Deficiency of Service means a failure to deliver the Service as described — for example, the platform crashes and prevents you from completing an Assessment, or a paid Report fails to generate due to a technical error. Deficiency of service may be eligible for a refund or service credit.
5.2. Dissatisfaction with Results means you disagree with the content, recommendations, or scores in your Report. As stated in the Terms of Service and Disclaimer, Reports are decision-support tools that provide probabilistic guidance. Disagreement with Report content is not a deficiency of service and is not eligible for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund
